It is about God’s heart to draw aside His remnant who desire to seek Him and His righteousness and Presence, His face and His plans.
Genesis ch 9 speaks about the Covenant God made with Noah Blessing him, giving the sign of the Rainbow in the clouds where God affirmed His promise to protect humanity who He created because He is our Faithful Father.
