but the seventh day is a day of rest dedicated to me. On that day no one is to work—neither you, your children, your slaves, your animals, nor the foreigners who live in your country.
In six days I, the LORD, made the earth, the sky, the seas, and everything in them, but on the seventh day I rested. That is why I, the LORD, blessed the Sabbath and made it holy.
Ps Jeff’s Special Today: “Anger”
There can be a time to be filled with righteous anger, as was Yeshua/Jesus (Mark 3:5; John 2:14-16). But, so as not to grieve the Holy Spirit and cancel our witness to others, we are to remove all unrighteous anger: ” Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:31,32).
However, being honest with yourself and your Holy Spirit, is anger an issue ? do you have any residue of anger from your upbringing as a child? was it a family pattern?
